Order handling.

Any tracking numbers, carriers, or ETAs are mock and may not work on carrier sites.

Rates & taxes. All rates, free-shipping thresholds, taxes, and coupons shown at checkout are demo values for validation only.
Zones & limits. “Worldwide” may be enabled to exercise scenarios. Address restrictions (e.g., P.O. Boxes) can appear for testing.
Changes & support. To simulate an address change or other delivery request, add an order note or contact us at support@axelecho.com.
Go-live note. This policy will be replaced with real carriers, timelines, and rates once production sales begin.
Refund Policy

No real refunds required. Because this is a demo store, no actual payments should be captured and no physical goods are shipped.
If a real charge occurs by mistake.

We will void or refund 100% of the payment to the original method.

Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and bank (typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement).

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Non-refundable items. Mock shipping fees, coupons, and eco-coin redemptions shown during tests have no monetary value and are not refundable.
How to request. Email support@axelecho.com with the order number and a short description (“accidental live payment”) and we’ll prioritize resolution.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations.

You may request cancellation while the order is in “Pending Payment” or “On Hold”.

After an order moves to “Processing” or “Completed”, cancellations are handled as simulated cases for test purposes only.
Returns & exchanges.

No physical returns or exchanges are accepted because no goods are shipped.

RMA numbers, labels, and restocking fees may appear in the UI but are mock objects for testing flows.
Incorrect or duplicate orders.

For duplicates created during testing, contact support@axelecho.com and we will cancel/void them (or refund if a real charge occurred by mistake).
Test reruns. If you need to repeat a scenario, simply place a new demo order; we recommend noting “test case name & step” in the order notes.
Go-live note. A full production policy covering physical returns/exchanges and time windows will be published when real sales start.
